High-performance stainless steel "Silicoroy" localized high hardness technology - Workability

Local high hardness technology using precision high-frequency heat treatment! Only the necessary areas can be hardened!

The precipitation-hardened silicon alloy can achieve localized high hardness depending on the application. When both hardness and toughness are required, localized solution heat treatment can be performed, and aging heat treatment can be implemented to achieve high hardness only in the necessary areas. Unlike high-frequency quenching, the precipitation-hardened silicon alloy does not become highly hardened after high-frequency heat treatment. Since it can be sufficiently processed after high-frequency heat treatment (solution treatment), there is greater design flexibility. For more details, please download and view the catalog. 【Examples of Localized High Hardness Products】 ■ Special Shafts - Only the tip and sliding parts are hardened to high hardness (HRC50 and above) - The overall structure retains toughness (HRC35) ■ Bridge Support Rollers - Only the surface of the rollers is hardened to high hardness (HRC50 and above) - The overall structure retains toughness (HRC35) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Silicoroi B2/Silicoroi D 【Silicoroi Technology Handbook】

We are compiling data focused on wear-resistant alloys and heat-resistant alloys! Introducing high-silicon stainless steel!

"Silicoloy B2" is made of duplex stainless steel and has corrosion resistance equivalent to or greater than SUS316, while "Silicoloy D" is made of austenitic stainless steel and has hot strength equivalent to SUS310S, as well as excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance and heat-check resistance (thermal shock resistance). This document includes examples of "corrosion resistance of Silicoloy," as well as "high-temperature corrosion resistance" and "corrosion resistance to various industrial chemicals." Please take a moment to read it. [Contents (partial)] ■ Example of chemical composition ■ Example of mechanical properties ■ Example of physical properties ■ Example of microscopic structure ■ Various characteristics of Silicoloy B *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We accommodate contract melting of small quantities of special alloys!

Do you have any troubles like this? The metal material you have been using has become difficult to obtain because the existing manufacturer has stopped production...

We apply the manufacturing technology of our product COBARION to offer contract melting of special alloys. We provide integrated production from melting to forging and rolling, and we are also capable of small-scale prototype development. Vacuum melting starts from the formulation of raw materials. Leveraging this strength, we can produce "customer-customized alloys" and support various research and development through metal material prototyping. 【Features】 ■ Capable of manufacturing "customer-customized metal materials" through metal melting ■ Skilled in controlling trace element composition ■ Ingots available in minimum weights of 6kg, 15kg, 30kg, 36kg, and 100kg ■ Can also accommodate subsequent plastic processing (homogenization heat treatment, hot forging, rolling, etc.) ■ We accept contract processing for hot forging and hot rolling as well. ■ We focus on short delivery times. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
